Goals
1. It is our goal to provide the best possible care to each injured employee with
    professional, personal treatment.
2. We strive to send the injured employee back to the workplace as soon as
    medically advisable and we take great pride in our role as your advocate in the
    creation of modified duty whenever possible.
3. We communicate directly and continuously with the employer and workers'
    compensation carrier regarding the employee's medical condition and work
    status
